Senior B2B Sales Representative (Outbound) - Remote

We are a growing **printing and production services company** seeking a **high-performing B2B Sales Representative** to drive new business through outbound outreach.

This is a **serious sales role** focused on generating revenue — not administrative support or basic lead generation.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, and turning prospects into qualified business.

## What You Will Be Doing

* Conduct **high-volume outbound cold calls** to business owners and decision-makers
* Identify and pursue new opportunities across industries with seasonal demand (schools, accounting firms, retail, events, etc.)
* Run structured outreach campaigns (calls + email follow-ups)
* Build and manage a pipeline of prospects
* Qualify leads and move them toward closing
* Consistently hit outreach and performance targets

## Requirements

* **Proven outbound B2B sales experience (cold calling required)**
* Experience speaking with **decision-makers and business owners**
* **Clear, fluent English with minimal accent** suitable for professional sales calls
* Comfortable handling objections and driving conversations
* Experience working with targets, KPIs, or quotas
* Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management
* Reliable, self-managed, and results-driven

## This Role Is NOT For

* Virtual assistants or data entry specialists
* Candidates without cold calling experience
* Candidates uncomfortable speaking on the phone regularly
