• Valid certification as a Special Education Teacher in Michigan

• Enthusiasm for working with elementary students in a resource room environment

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored academic and behavioral instruction for students receiving cross-categorical services
• Develop and maintain IEPs, document student progress, and participate in meetings with parents and staff
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive practices and facilitate student success
• Provide differentiated instruction and intervention strategies adapted to a diverse range of learning profiles
• Foster a positive, supportive classroom setting that encourages growth, independence, and social development
