Seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers eager to make an impact across a range of age groups in a school setting located near Westland, MI. Three full-time positions are available, with opportunities to support students at the early elementary, middle school, and high school levels. This contract opportunity spans the next academic year, beginning August 31, 2026, and concluding June 4, 2027.

Candidates will provide tailored instruction, develop individualized learning plans, and collaborate with colleagues and families to ensure each student’s needs are met. Strong communication skills and the ability to foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment are essential.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Michigan teaching certification with Special Education endorsement (required; certification must be presented during the application process)
• Previous experience working as a Special Education Teacher in a school setting preferred
• Thorough understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Ability to adapt curriculum and instructional techniques for diverse learning needs
• Commitment to advocating for students and promoting their growth academically, socially, and emotionally

Responsibilities:
