Desired Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication skills for working with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to each student’s unique abilities and goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to promote an integrated learning environment
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring of student goals
• Maintain detailed records of student performance, behaviors, and interventions
• Offer guidance, support, and encouragement to students as they navigate their educational journey
• Proactively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding student progress
