Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Michigan teaching certification with Special Education endorsement required
• Experience with differentiated instruction and classroom management for students with disabilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Provide direct instruction, accommodations, and modifications tailored to each student’s needs
• Work in collaboration with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff
• Track and report on student progress, maintaining detailed and accurate records
• Engage with students, parents, and school personnel to support each learner’s academic and social-emotional growth
