Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy or counseling to clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Conduct thorough interviews to gather essential social, personal, environmental, and health information relevant to treatment.

• Evaluate clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans to address issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relationship challenges.

• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral interventions, assisting clients in crisis resolution and connecting them to community resources.

• Establish trusting relationships with clients, fostering an environment of mutual respect and understanding.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes following established protocols to ensure accurate and comprehensive case records.
