Career Opportunities with Urology San Antonio Careers At Urology San Antonio We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations and help create a positive employee experience. This role is responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, employee engagement, and HR record management. Key Responsibilities Support recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Maintain employee records and HRIS data (Proliant). Assist with employee benefits, leave administration, and open enrollment. Coordinate New Employee Orientation and required training assignments. Support employee engagement, training, recognition programs, and morale-building activities. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Assist with HR reporting, audits, and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience required. Healthcare HR experience preferred. Experience with onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS systems, and employee engagement programs preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Proliant preferred. Preferred Qualifications PHR or SHRM-CP certification (or willingness to obtain).
