Role:

The HR Generalist supports core Human Resources operations with a primary focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, employee experience, and employee relations. This role serves as a backup for payroll processing, supports compliance and audit readiness, and helps execute HR programs that drive engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. This position plays a key role in delivering a consistent, compliant, and employee-centered HR experience across the organization.

Work Location:

This is an onsite position. Occasional remote work may be available for select positions and is subject to prior approval by management.

What you'll bring along:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or high-volume recruiting role
• Experience in a regulated environment (financial services, banking, or similar) preferred
• Strong understanding of HR fundamentals including recruiting, employee relations, and compliance
• Working knowledge of payroll processes and HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels
• Sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Must be bondable
