Process Strategy Optimization Manager

Driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time remote Process Strategy Optimization Manager will enhance operational excellence within Fraud and Safety Operations by managing end-to-end programs that improve quality, efficiency, and user experience while minimizing costs. Key responsibilities Lead process improvement efforts through business case development, root cause analysis, and innovative solution implementation Achieve strategic alignment with cross-functional stakeholders to embed operational goals in system design and delivery plans Champion continuous improvement initiatives, promoting Lean and Six Sigma principles across teams Required qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field 6+ years of experience in driving operational excellence within large-scale operations Proven track record in continuous improvement and operational optimization in complex organizations Strong data-driven problem-solving skills with experience in defining and measuring KPIs Experience in influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment
