Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter

Job Title Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter Responsibilities Design and erect various types of scaffolds. Serve as a mentor and coach to Scaffold E&D Carpenters to aid in their development. Work with a variety of tools required for scaffold construction and dismantling. Qualifications Some trade school preferred but not required. Minimum 2 years experience as a Scaffold E&D Carpenter or an approved equivalent. Comfortable and able to work safely at considerable heights. Bilingual proficiency is a plus. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Safely and effectively manage a small crew to erect and dismantle various types of scaffolding under the supervision of an E&D Foreman. Good knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations regarding scaffolding. Understanding of various scaffolding materials to ensure load limitations are not exceeded. Knowledge and use of various scaffolding materials. The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.
