Full-Time | Must be Flexible to Work Either Shift:

• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to support transportation, order management, and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Customer Service & Logistics

• Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipments, and account inquiries
• Coordinate and track customer orders to ensure timely delivery
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer concerns and shipment issues professionally
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and internal teams
• Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding inventory, shipping, and order fulfillment
• Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry related to customer orders and shipments

Qualifications

Previous customer service, logistics, order processing, or warehouse coordination experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communications

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
