Restaurant Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of polished-dining management experience
- Experience managing restaurants with sales volumes of $4M+
- No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
- Outgoing, positive, and upbeat personality
- Willingness to consider relocation in the future is desirable
Restaurant Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in a scratch kitchen within a systems-oriented or corporate upscale restaurant
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Restaurant Kitchen Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Oversee daily operations, maintaining high standards for service and food quality
- Manage financial performance and proactively drive sales growth
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture
