Restaurant Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of polished-dining management experience
Experience managing restaurants with sales volumes of $4M+
No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
Outgoing, positive, and upbeat personality
Willingness to consider relocation in the future is desirable

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Experience in a scratch kitchen within a systems-oriented or corporate upscale restaurant
Strong leadership and team-building abilities

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Oversee daily operations, maintaining high standards for service and food quality
Manage financial performance and proactively drive sales growth
Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture
