This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, moving fast, solving problems, and helping match great candidates with great job opportunities. As a Staffing Specialist / Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients, candidates, and internal team by recruiting, screening, onboarding, and placing qualified talent in the right positions. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Recruit, interview, and screen candidates for open positions Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants, employees, and clients Post jobs, review applications, and follow up with qualified candidates Coordinate onboarding, paperwork, and placement details Communicate job expectations, schedules, pay details, and assignment requirements clearly Maintain accurate candidate and employee records Support daily staffing needs in a fast-paced environment Help create a positive experience for every candidate and employee who works with StaffRite USA What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, organized, and comfortable speaking with people from all backgrounds. You should be able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and follow through on details. Preferred qualifications include: Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or administrative experience Strong communication and people skills Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment Good computer and data entry skills Strong attention to detail A positive attitude and willingness to learn Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Why Join StaffRite USA?
