Sales Service Representative

Lawn Doctor is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and support to our lawn care customers. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, assist current and potential customers, provide service recommendations and price quotes, maintain customer records, process paperwork, and help grow our customer base through excellent communication and follow-up. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who is goal-oriented and hard-working. ***Applicants must be located in Denton, Texas, and have their own computer and noise-cancelling headset. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is friendly, and has excellent communication skills and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Training will be provided on our internal software systems. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable but not required. Responsibilities: Handle inbound sales calls, follow-ups, and upsells Makes outbound calls to follow up on estimates and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain organized sales records and follow-up pipelines What Were Looking For: Friendly, outgoing personality with strong phone and communication skills Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Comfortable with cold outreach and working toward sales targets Willingness to learn about lawn care, pest control, and seasonal services Basic marketing or design experience (Canva, social media, flyers, etc.) is a plus Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive base pay + performance incentives Opportunity for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Training and development opportunities Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
