Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, taking into account personal, familial, and social factors that may affect their mental well-being.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and collaborate with clients on therapeutic goals.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychotherapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate referrals to psychiatrists and other healthcare providers when medication management or additional support is required.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in compliance with both state regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
