Graduate Recruitment Consultant

An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious, commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing recruitment business in the heart of Manhattan.

This is a sales-focused role for someone who is competitive, motivated by results, and wants to build a career where their performance directly impacts their earnings and progression.

Recruitment is ultimately a sales career. You'll be developing new business, cold calling prospective clients, building relationships, headhunting top talent, negotiating, and closing deals, all while working towards clear revenue and performance targets.

You'll receive industry-leading training and hands-on mentorship from day one, so previous recruitment experience isn't required. If you're confident, resilient, commercially minded, and motivated by uncapped earning potential, this is an opportunity to build a highly rewarding long-term career.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop new business through proactive outreach, prospecting, and cold calling
• Build relationships with industry-leading clients and exceptional candidates
• Manage the full recruitment sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing deals
• Headhunt and engage high-performing professionals within your specialist market
• Pitch opportunities and negotiate with both clients and candidates
• Work towards individual sales, revenue, and performance targets
• Build your own specialist market and develop long-term commercial relationships

What We're Looking For

What's On Offer

• $55,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (up to 40%)
• First-year On-Target Earnings of $75,000 to $85,000+, with significant earning potential beyond
