Lead Bartender45–57 Davis Street, Long Island City, NY Full Time • Hourly ($15.00 - $17.00) plus tipsPosition OverviewThe Senior Bartender is a key leader on the bar team, responsible for delivering polished hospitality, supporting smooth service, and maintaining Rewind's standards for cocktail quality, preparation, cleanliness, and guest engagement. This role is ideal for an experienced bartender who is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities in a creative, high-volume environment.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute ideas for cocktails, service improvements, events, and new offeringsExecute cocktails and beverage service with consistency, precision, and speedGuide guests through menu selections and make thoughtful recommendations.Complete opening and closing side work, including juicing, syrups, garnishes, batching, restocking, and cleaningMaintain organization and cleanliness of the bar, wells, backbar, and service areasSupport inventory counts, product organization, waste reduction, and 86-list updatesAssist the Head Bartender and management team with daily bar operationsHelp train and mentor bartenders and barbacksSupport beverage trainings and contribute to team educationHelp uphold all DOH, SLA, and internal SOP standardsMaintain a polished bar environment, including proper setup, music, lighting, and presentation.Requirements:At least two years of bartending experience in a cocktail-driven or upscale hospitality environmentStrong understanding of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and hospitality serviceInterest in Asian spirits, ingredients, and cocktail techniquesComfortable mentoring newer team members and taking ownership of assigned responsibilitiesFamiliarity with inventory, POS, and beverage management systems is a plusGenuine enthusiasm for hospitality, creativity, and creating memorable guest experiencesCompensation DetailsCompensation: Hourly ($15.00 - $17.00) plus tipsBenefits & Perks: Potential Bonuses, Dining DiscountsRequired SkillsLeadershipCreativityAttention to DetailTeam CollaborationProblem SolvingOrganizational SkillsAbility to Work Under PressurePassion for hospitality
