By partnering with sponsors, CROs, and public health institutions, we help shape research approaches that are community‑aligned and grounded in real‑world insight, with community activations taking place across regions. About the Role We are seeking a Regulatory Training Specialist with a strong grounding in clinical research regulatory frameworks to support the delivery of an educational program focused on participant protection and informed consent processes. This is a contract‑based, pay‑per‑opportunity role ideal for someone who wants to contribute meaningfully to global health while supporting an emerging organization. The role is one component of CITE’s broader trust‑building ecosystem and focuses specifically on regulatory education within our community activations. Responsibilities Deliver training content related to regulatory foundations and informed consent Participate in international, short‑duration travel for community activations Support virtual sessions with participating communities Provide regulatory insight to strengthen program accuracy and alignment Collaborate on curriculum refinement while maintaining confidentiality Represent CITE Foundation professionally in diverse cultural settings This role is designed for someone who brings regulatory expertise, communicates clearly, and thrives in early‑stage, mission‑driven environments. Qualifications Required 2–6+ years in CRO or pharmaceutical regulatory operations, clinical compliance, site regulatory management, or related functions Experience with informed consent processes, IRB/EC submissions, regulatory documentation, or participant‑facing regulatory workflows Strong understanding of global clinical trial regulatory frameworks (FDA DAP, EMA, ICH‑GCP; additional familiarity with non‑U.S. regulatory environments a plus) Ability to explain regulatory concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences Availability for international travel (3–7 days per engagement) Comfort working in early‑stage, evolving environments Ability to engage respectfully with diverse communities and stakeholders Cultural humility and comfort working in diverse global settings Preferred Experience at organizations such as IQVIA, ICON, Parexel, PPD, or similar Exposure to community engagement, patient advocacy, or global health initiatives Engagement Structure Contract-based, pay‑per‑opportunity (compensation varies by engagement) Flexible for candidates with full‑time roles Travel expenses covered Role is focused specifically on training delivery within CITE’s community activations #J-18808-Ljbffr CITE Foundation | Community Initiative for Trial Engagement
