Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown

Role: Professional Staff Nurse (Nights, Full-Time) Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients under supervision. Perform direct and indirect patient care activities, assess physical, psychosocial, educational, and developmental needs, and develop personalized care plans based on assessment data. Provide patient and family education, implement nursing interventions, document patient activities and responses, and communicate effectively with team members. Demonstrate leadership skills and adapt to miscellaneous duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: Valid Registered Nurse license (Florida), CPR (Basic Life Support), ACLS within 6 months, and Basic EKG Course completion. Experience preferred but not required (0-6 months). Additional Requirements: Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care.
