Job Summary

Lily Kitchen & Cocktails is seeking a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Engineer to help keep our kitchen running cleanly and efficiently.

This role is an important part of the kitchen team and goes beyond washing dishes. You’ll help maintain the cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and overall flow of the back of house.

This is a Tuesday through Saturday position with Sundays and Mondays off every week. No late nights. Pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area throughout service
• Properly store clean dishes and equipment
• Keep floors, work areas, sinks, and back-of-house spaces clean and safe
• Empty trash and recycling and maintain waste areas
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and closing duties
• Follow sanitation and food safety procedures at all times
• Help receive and organize deliveries when needed
• Assist the kitchen team with basic prep or support tasks as appropriate
• Communicate with the kitchen team to help maintain a smooth service

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is helpful but not required
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work hard
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures
• Team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift typical restaurant supplies and equipment

Schedule
Tuesday–Saturday
Full-time availability preferred
Sundays and Mondays off
No late nights
