Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable: Managing and processing vendor invoices accurately and efficiently. Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies. Preparing and processing payments to vendors. Accounts Receivable: Monitoring customer accounts for timely payments and following up on overdue accounts. Posting customer payments and reconciling customer accounts. Assisting with customer invoicing and billing inquiries. Financial Reporting: Assisting with month-end and year-end financial closing processes. Generating financial reports and providing insights to support decision-making. Qualifications Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
