As a Security Officer Patrol in Clinton, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $13.84 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document observations, incidents, and unusual conditions.
• Support a professional, orderly environment by communicating clearly with employees, contractors, visitors, and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
