With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service, Parsec supports major automotive, manufacturing, and consumer goods clients.**Role Overview:**This role is based in Indianapolis, IN and supports day-to-day terminal operations in a rail and yard environment. The facility plays a key role in supporting customer supply chains through efficient movement of freight, equipment, and inventory.**Key Responsibilities:*** Oversee daily terminal operations, including yard management, rail operations, and equipment flow* Ensure safe and efficient execution of loading, unloading, and movement of freight* Lead and develop terminal staff, including scheduling, performance management, and policy enforcement* Drive safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, service levels, and cost* Manage terminal budgets, including labor, equipment, and operational expenses* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and issue resolution* Lead continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, safety, and overall terminal performance**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred)* 5+ years of experience in logistics, terminal, rail, or operations management* Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment* Strong understanding of transportation, yard management, and terminal operations* Experience with TMS/WMS systems and operational reporting* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams in a dynamic environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
