We are seeking a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Front office/Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform front office and administrative assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greets patients, and visitors and assists with variety of needs, including intake paperwork.
- Maintain multiple locations schedules, setting and changing appointments as needed.
- Answer and route calls and communicating with staff regarding prescriptions, records, referrals, and billing.
- Handle administrative duties in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare or other related fields.
- Must speak Spanish fluently and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Calm, professional demeanor while handling multiple tasks.
- Strong computer and organizational abilities.
- Active listener and critical thinker.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
