The firm specializes in business and commercial litigation, corporate transactional law, trusts and estates, and family law, serving Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties and beyond. Key Responsibilities Manage and litigate business and commercial disputes from inception to resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Conduct legal research and build strategic arguments. Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and handle mediations. Collaborate across practice groups for comprehensive solutions. Advise clients with tailored legal strategies and maintain strong relationships. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active member of The Florida Bar. At least 5 years of business/commercial litigation experience. Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom skills. Ability to independently manage cases while working collaboratively with the team.
