Field Marketing SpecialistAs a Field Marketing Specialist, you will support NetSuite's field marketing efforts by owning the execution campaigns across multiple products. This role supports product adoption, pipeline, and customer engagement initiatives and works closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and on time. This role is best suited for an organized, execution-focused marketer who is comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once and keeping high-volume workstreams moving efficiently.ResponsibilitiesOwn execution of field marketing campaigns from planning through launch and reportingManage timelines, requests, and priorities across multiple stakeholders and productsExecute virtual campaigns, including webinars and digital content such as guides or enablement assetsExecute product-focused field marketing campaigns across multiple solution areasCoordinate webinar logistics, including speaker prep, tech checks, dry runs, and live executionCreate and manage supporting campaign assets such as email copy, landing pages, slide decks, and digital contentPartner with Marketing Operations to support promotions, lead flow, and reportingCoordinate with Sales and Product Marketing to align on goals, messaging, and timelinesTrack and report on campaign performance and execution milestonesMaintain documentation, timelines, and processes to support scaleParticipate in regular operational reviews and planning meetings related to field marketing initiativesQualifications3–5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technologyExperience executing webinars, events, and multi-touch campaigns end-to-endStrong project management and organizational skillsComfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple timelinesData-driven mindset with experience tracking and interpreting campaign performanceClear, concise written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively, and keep campaigns movingStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityWillingness to learn new tools, processes, and subject matter quicklyThe typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $54.00 - $58.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
