Overview The Executive Assistant position provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the firm's Managing Partner and Management Committee, serving as a trusted partner in the day-to-day operations of firm leadership. This role manages executive priorities, coordinates meetings and travel, facilitates communication, supports strategic initiatives and ensures seamless operations through proactive problem-solving, discretion and exceptional organizational support. Duties and responsibilities Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Partner and Management Committee members. Manage complex and dynamic calendars, including prioritization of commitments, scheduling of meetings, and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Plan and coordinate leadership and firmwide meetings Serve as a liaison between firm leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication. Support strategic initiatives by assisting with project coordination and research Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics. Process expense reports and ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and compliance with firm policies. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Provide document preparation and editing support, including correspondence, presentations, and other executive-level materials. Anticipate the needs of firm leadership and proactively identify solutions to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications and Job Requirements Minimum of 5-10 years of administrative experience, preferably at a law firm. Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite executives, partners, or senior leadership teams.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proficiency with 3E strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in handling confidential information. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams. Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed to support leadership priorities. Education Associates or Undergraduate degree in Business or a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Working conditions This position requires 5 days in the office. Work hours may vary based on business demands, including occasional overtime. Physical requirements Ability to lift 10 lbs. is required. Direct reports This position has no direct reports. Salary $90,0000 - $120,000 .
