TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, 53916!

Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Wisconsin

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 1830-0700. Weekend rotation (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), every other holiday. Flexible scheduling available including 4x12 options. Contract lengths up to 26 weeks available.

Highlights:

• Emergency Department serving adult and pediatric populations across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• Daily census of approximately 70 patients with 19 treatment rooms
• Cerner charting system with full interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response teams
• Comprehensive scope of practice including critical care procedures, telemetry monitoring, and typical emergency diagnoses
• Free onsite parking provided
• Extension opportunities available for qualified candidates meeting performance standards

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact RN license required
• Minimum two years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric populations within the last three years
• Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association only) required
• TNCC and NIHSS certifications preferred
• Must successfully pass telemetry examination prior to start date (strict passing criteria applies)
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Proficiency in arterial line management, blood product administration, central line care, ventilator management, IV vasopressors, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, procedural sedation, triage, and phlebotomy
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility
• Floating to other units as needed required
