We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support legal and administrative operations in Conway, Arkansas. This position plays an important role in managing claim-related records, preparing documentation for review, and keeping critical files organized across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, sound judgment when handling sensitive information, and the ability to keep deadlines and records on track in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$72,000 DOE, plus a profit-sharing bonus and a clear path for advancement within a rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the intake, monitoring, and status reporting of insurance, workers’ compensation, and customer-related claims to help ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

• Build and maintain organized processes for tracking claims activity, documentation, milestones, and outstanding action items.

• Compile, sort, and prepare files, correspondence, and supporting materials for legal assessment and internal review.

• Coordinate required forms, records, and related paperwork tied to claims and other legal or compliance matters.

• Assist with fact-finding efforts by gathering information, organizing evidence, and supporting internal reviews and workplace-related inquiries.

• Provide support for discovery and records collection by assembling HR documents, personnel files, and other requested materials.

• Maintain accurate contract files, subcontractor agreements, and related business records in a consistent and accessible manner.

• Help manage onboarding documentation for subcontractors and vendors, ensuring all required materials are complete and current.

• Track deadlines, monitor document updates, and provide administrative support to leadership, human resources, and management teams on risk and safety matters.

• At least 2 years of experience in a paralegal, legal support, or administrative coordination role.
• Working knowledge of small claims handling, accident review, or claims administration processes.
• Experience supporting employee relations matters, internal investigations, or workplace fact-gathering activities.
• Strong administrative management skills with the ability to organize high volumes of documents and maintain accurate records.
• Familiarity with onboarding documentation and vendor or subcontractor file coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow deadlines closely, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed documentation and handling sensitive information with discretion.
