Prepare and monitor employees administration and data includes HR support for all site project employees in order to provide site project employees with appropriate HR support that comply with company's policy and procedures. Job Responsibilities Evaluate and follow up the incoming Personnel Request Form (PRF) for sites and its mandatory requirements for pre-recruitment process in order to start the recruitment process including posting the job vacancies in media advertising if needed. Incoming Personnel Request Form (PRF) for sites and its mandatory requirements for pre-recruitment process are successfully evaluated and followed up. Establish and execute the recruitment process, such as: Sourcing for the prospective applicants; Shortlist the potential candidates; Interview and conduct soft skill test for staff and liaise with user in preparing technical competency test for non-staff employee; Arrange other recruitment process, including medical examination and salary negotiation; Confirm the newly recruit; to ensure that the recruitment process is running systematically conform with company's procedures. The recruitment process is successfully established and executed. Prepare, administer and documented employee's movement such as: Leave (rooster and annual leave, permission, Personnel Action Report (PAR) for promotion, transfer, surplus, and salary review, daily attendance from organize the schedule (for leave administration), monitor daily attendance prepare the appropriate forms, getting approval and inform the request/time sheet/PAR to payroll and portal in order to ensure employee movement are organized and well administer conform with the regulations. Employee's movements are all accurately prepared, administered, and documented. Prepare and provide administration support for all employees such as pay slip distribution, meal and transport reimbursement distribution to ensure employee's rights and benefit based on company's procedures. Employee's rights and benefits are successfully prepared and provided. Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained Target Zero LTI SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements Education Bachelor's Degree of Any Major Skill, Knowledge, and Experience Min. 1 year of work experiences in Human Resources, Excellent in web and mobile programming Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual who is able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal guidance and direction. Willing to travel to other work location or project sites (when required). Must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users at all levels of an organization.
