Lead System Administrator

Technical Computing Product SpecialistSuccessful candidate for this role will perform the planning, evaluation, analysis, and recommendation of technical computing products on large, complex projects - recognized as an expert throughout the company.Provide the highest level technical product support including response to user questions, installation, system monitoring, testing, problem diagnosis, tracking, resolution, and routine maintenance.Facilitate and perform the delivery of technical services including the preparation of alternative solutions and technical recommendations.Formulate and direct the preparation of technical procedures, documentation, manuals, and reports.Maintain broad technical industry knowledge and broad understanding of our internal infrastructure.Mentor and provide functional/technical leadership and work direction to staff.Exhibits master level proficiency in system administration and automation; exhibits expert level knowledge of one or more specific technical areas that enables the administrator to serve as the highest level resource in that area throughout the company.Must have experience with python, SQL, and UiPath (or similar automation technology)Provides input into related technology strategy to management.Provides expert insight into problem resolution calls working closely with software and hardware vendors.Helps the team to access proactively key measurement data and suggests ways to utilize information for enhanced performance.Reviews procedures and documentation to ensure technology remains currentEducation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering related field Or Associate's degree with 2 years' system administration related experience Or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years' system administration related experience.Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years System Administration related experience (in addition to any experience identified in the education requirements above).Required Skills : UiPath Orchestrator,Windows,Python,SQL Additional Skills : Automation Process Engineer,Systems Integration Specialist,Systems Administrator,Database Administrator Samprasoft
