Senior Technical Recruiter (remote, contract-to-hire)Our client is a well-known AI start-up that is looking for an experienced technical recruiter. You will be recruiting for roles like forward deployed engineers. This role is contract-to-hire and fully remote.QualificationsWhat We're Looking ForTier-one technical company experienceConsistent 3+ year tenures with promotions (demonstrated stick-to-it / can hack it)Strong technical recruiting abilitiesDemonstrated ability to operate in chaotic, high-growth startup conditionsClear, intentional reasoning behind career movesWillingness to start on contract-to-hireFull-cycle experience from sourcing to closing in a lean, high-bar environmentAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
