UX Designer

Ui/Ux DesignerInsight Global is seeking a UI/UX Designer for a customer in the fintech space. This individual will play a critical role in building and governing a scalable design system, helping to establish foundational standards, processes, and best practices within a growing design organization. This is a technical, design-first role that requires deep experience in design system architecture and strong collaboration with engineering teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in less structured environments and can take ownership of design system development from the ground up. This is a fully remote opportunity in LATAM. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
