UX Designer

Responsibilities Own the end-to-end design of your product area, delivering high-quality, user-centered experiences that drive adoption and impact Partner with Product, Engineering, and Legal SMEs to define problems, shape solutions, and influence product priorities Use research, analytics, and stakeholder insights to uncover opportunities and guide design decisions Deliver the right design outputs (concepts, flows, prototypes, or detailed designs) to move work forward effectively Lead cross-functional alignment and drive decisions in complex, fast-moving environments Present design solutions with clear rationale and incorporate feedback to continuously improve outcomes Design experiences across web, mobile, and Microsoft add-ins that enhance legal workflows Requirements 5+ years of Product Design experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment with shipped products Experience owning design direction for a product area and collaborating with multiple stakeholders Experience designing across web applications, mobile, and/or Microsoft add-ins Proficiency in Figma Strong understanding of UX research and ability to apply insights to design decisions Ability to clearly present design rationale and manage cross-functional feedback #J-18808-Ljbffr
