Internal Communications Co-op

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Internal Communications Co-op to support the Corporate Communications team in Danvers, Massachusetts. The role involves creating employee communications content, managing publishing calendars, and coordinating global campaigns that keep employees informed and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Maintain internal communications content calendar tracking stories, campaigns, deadlines, and publishing dates
- Support planning and production of biweekly global newsletter including content gathering and editing
- Draft and publish employee-facing content on J&J Home covering patient stories, culture initiatives, and business updates
- Create and schedule Viva Engage posts and digital screen content for campaigns and announcements
- Track channel engagement metrics and contribute to reports improving future communications
Requirements
- Pursuing bachelor's or master's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, business, or related field
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with ability to simplify complex information
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with or willingness to learn SharePoint, Viva Engage, email marketing, and digital signage platforms
- Basic visual design skills using Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Permanent U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship required or anticipated
