Billing Specialist (Remote) Location:Dublin, OH (Remote) Type:Contract (W2) Pay:$22.00/hr Schedule:Full-time, 40 hours/week Interview Required:Yes Openings:5 Position Overview We’re hiring aBilling Specialistto support Contracts & Billing finance operations. In this role, you’ll research and resolve billing/shipment transaction issues, identify root causes, and help drive solutions that improve accuracy and turnaround time. Key Responsibilities Researchunmatched customer shipment transactionsto identify the correct PO number and/or cost center details so transactions can be invoiced Research and resolveexception lines Identify and documentcustomer-specific behaviorscontributing to billing issues Develop and recommendsolutionsto prevent recurring issues Participate indaily/weekly billing team meetings(metrics, open issues, priorities) Maintain strong internal controls while working collaboratively in a finance environment Respond tonon-standard requestsfrom customers/vendors as needed Stay organized, prioritize effectively, and contribute to a positive, productive team environment Required Skills / Qualifications Strongcommunicationandanalyticalskills Proficient inMicrosoft Office Ability tomulti-taskin a fast-paced environment Quick learner; able to navigate processes with minimal reference material Comfortable asking questions and clarifying requirements SAP experience(preferred/strong plus) 1+ yearof relevant experience Education (Preferred) BS/BA inFinance, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Interested?
