We seek an On-Site Senior Technician to join our Onsite Services Team, delivering premium deskside support and maintaining equipment. You will manage the ticketing system, handle devices (PCs, printers, scanners), provide training, ensure network connectivity, and coordinate with manufacturers for repairs.
