Guest Services Coordinator
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers, the remote Guest Services Coordinator will support Sales and Marketing by managing guest qualifications and assigning agents for vacation ownership sales presentations. Key responsibilities Acquire and manage Sales personnel attendance for daily tour assignments Prepare and maintain the daily sales rotation while ensuring compliance with tour integrity rules Guide guests through the setup process for virtual tours, ensuring technical readiness and a smooth transition to Sales personnel Required qualifications Experience in customer service or sales support roles Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and technical troubleshooting Ability to work flexible hours, including varying shifts within the operating schedule Strong organizational skills for managing schedules and reporting Proficiency in data entry and system management for accurate record-keeping
