• Track and manage account activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs

Requirements:

• Self-starter with a competitive mindset and goal-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• No prior experience required — full training provided
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in College Station, TX
• Demonstrated leadership, involvement, or work ethic through school, sports, or prior employment
