Monitoring Operations Manager

Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement, the full-time remote Manager, Monitoring Operations & Quality will oversee monitoring center performance, manage vendor relationships, and optimize member experience while building a future-focused Quality Assurance function. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary business owner and relationship manager for monitoring center partners, establishing and enforcing performance expectations Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous initiatives focused on service quality and operational efficiency Develop and govern standard operating procedures related to monitoring operations and alarm handling, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations Required qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record in driving operational performance improvements Strong experience in managing performance through metrics, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive accountability across teams Experience developing operational processes, documentation, and performance reporting frameworks Advanced analytical capabilities with experience translating data into actionable business recommendations
