Strategic Operations Associate

Providing comprehensive executive-level administrative support, the full-time Strategic Operations Associate will assist the Senior Vice President of Collision with strategic planning, project management, and logistics coordination in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities Anticipates and addresses the needs of the Senior Vice President, facilitating communication and resource management across teams Manages multiple projects with competing priorities, ensuring the senior leadership team is prepared for upcoming deadlines Creates agendas, reports, and presentations for meetings, while tracking departmental expenses and staffing levels Required Qualifications Associate degree in Business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience At least 3 years of experience in a strategic executive assistant role supporting senior leaders in a large organization 2+ years of project management or business operations experience in a software company preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with Concur for expense reporting and processing
