What Your Team Will Be Doing:

Purchasing & Receiving

• Place and track inventory orders, communicating delivery updates, backorders, and product availability.
• Investigate purchase order discrepancies and support regional purchasing reporting.
• Receive inventory, verify quantities, process documentation, and report damaged materials.

Inventory Management

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Manage inventory transfers and monitor damaged or nonconforming products.
• Analyze inventory variances and provide inventory updates to Customer Service and Operations teams.
• Maintain inventory records and supporting documentation.

Envision Operations

• Receive, verify, and process hardware shipments against purchase orders.
• Assemble doors according to customer specifications and job requirements.
• Prepare, label, and stage hardware for production and shipping.
• Coordinate with Customer Service regarding order status and job-related inquiries.

Order Expediting

• Monitor Envision and shower door orders to ensure on-time completion.
• Investigate production delays, missing materials, and root causes of order issues.
• Partner with operations leadership to improve on-time delivery, reduce remakes, and enhance process efficiency.

Customer Pickup / Will Call

• Assist customers with order pickups and provide exceptional customer service.
• Pick, verify, and prepare orders for scheduled customer pickup
• Other Duties as assigned or required

• Collaboration with all levels of peers within and outside of the organization
• Ability to lift 75lbs independently
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment (heat, cold, humidity)
• Strong math and computer skills
• Committed to Safety work practices
• High School Diploma or GED, required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
