JOB TITLE: Learning & Development Operations Coordinator
LOCATION: Beaverton OR (Onsite MF; Remote Fridays)
DURATION: 12 Months Contract

ABOUT THE TEAM
This role sits within the clients HR Learning & Development (L&D) ecosystem a team that strengthens leadership and capability across the enterprise. Reporting to the Senior Manager Learning Operations youll work closely with L&D Operations and Facilitation teammates (a team of 5 FTEs 2 contractors) to coordinate and execute administrative tasks ensuring accurate and timely operational support.

The Learning & Development Operations Coordinator supports the program delivery and administration of programs and experiences that reflect the clients culture and inspire connection. The ideal individual is comfortable owning repeatable day-to-day operational activities ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for learners and partners.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
Coordinates and supports delivery of learning experiences
Coordinate event planning logistics including room booking catering requests A/V needs & room set up
Collects validates and maintains content and participant data in Workday Learning
Executes session communications to facilitators and participants through Campaign Monitor
Maintains accurate program data in Airtable
Monitors & responds to employee requests through ServiceNow
Resolves routine administrative issues & escalates risks appropriately
Supports finance and vendor administration activities including invoicing & new purchase orders
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
L&D Operations and Facilitation teammates day-to-day; occasional touchpoints with finance and vendor-administration partners.
MUST-HAVE
2 years of experience in operations event planning & coordination administrative support or HR Operations (L&D subject-matter experience NOT required)
Bachelors degree in Learning & Development Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education experience and training
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to pick up new technology quickly
Team player who builds & maintains trusted productive working relationships with stakeholders & partners
NICE-TO-HAVE
Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment; self-starter
Exposure to Airtable case-management systems (e.g. ServiceNow) and Campaign Monitor
LMS experience (Workday Learning preferred)
Prior experience with this client or similar industry
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTIONS
Will accept any suitable combination of education experience and training in lieu of the Bachelors degree
