Restoration Project ManagerLocally owned and operated leading disaster cleanup and restoration company in business in Massachusetts for over 32 years is seeking someone who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, and is a serious multi-tasker.As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. When customers are having their worst day, you can be their hero.We offer:Salary PLUS commission & bonusesCompany VehicleCompany PhoneContinued Training & CertificationsKey Responsibilities:Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing mobile devices and proprietary softwareNegotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimateSchedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractorsReview job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processMaintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representativesManage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assetsAdditional Responsibilities:Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsProvide priority response to potential customersParticipate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammatesPosition Requirements:Valid driver's licenseAt least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experienceAt least 3 years of industry experienceIICRC certifications are preferred but not requiredSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawEach SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
