General Summary We areseekinga dynamic, highly skilled Clinical/Account Management Support Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role that blends clinicalexpertise, training, customercare, technical supportand client relationsresponsibilities. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between clinical teams, clients, and user groups, ensuringhigh standardsof care while fostering a collaborative, user-centered environmentwith focus on our Glace device. As a Clinical/Account Management Support Specialist, you willhelpfacilitateclinical processes, share best practices, and providesupport forthe success of both internal teams and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Work together with Senior Clinical Team Lead and Customer Success to drive strategy, execution and continuous improvement across the Glace brand. Provide clinical support to ensureoptimalpatient care and safety in line with industry’s best practices and regulatory requirements. Build andmaintainstrong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed ina timelyand effective manner. Facilitatecustomer care initiatives, including user support, troubleshooting with Tech Support NA, and resolution of clinical-related concerns. Serve as a point of contact for client escalations, ensuring clear communication and swift problem-solving. Collaborate with clients to tailor clinical solutions to their specific needs and expectations. Work cross-functionally support post-sales activities and customer utilization efforts to ensure long term customer success. Coordinate user groups, customer journey and onboarding, ensuring active customer engagement and sharing of clinical insights and best practices. Share clinical knowledge and promote best practices to improvethe overalluser experience and client satisfaction. Qualifications Experience 2+ years of relevant clinical or healthcare experience Exposure to clinical procedures, medical devices and patient care a plus Experience providing presentations, training and clinical document helpful but not required Proven track record of improving clinical outcomes and customer satisfaction Experience in customer care or client-facing roles is highly desirable Proactive, self-starter who thrives in hybrid, flexible working environments Strong clinical knowledge and ability to interpret and apply industry best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and teams Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, especially in customer-facing situations Customer-Centric mindset Clinical depth & problem solving This job description is not all inclusive and is intended to capture most of the job functions.
