Position: Pharmacy Clerk
Worksite: 19 CHAPIN ROAD, Pine Brook, NJ, 07058
Contract to Hire: 3 Month Contract to Hire / (ASAP)/06/25/2026 to 09/12/2026
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 3:00pm -11:30pm
Allmed Benefits:  Vision Insurance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance and 401(k)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr (Paid Weekly)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated  Pharmacy Clerk to support warehouse and pharmacy operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring workstations remain fully stocked with necessary supplies, loading and unloading shipments, managing inventory movement, and maintaining an organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have warehouse or material handling experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a physically active environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and replenish workstation supplies, including coolers, ice packs, bags, boxes, tape, labels, and other operational materials.
• Move, organize, and dispose of discarded boxes, packaging materials, and other waste products.
• Rotate and transport palletized inventory throughout the facility as needed.
• Monitor inventory supply levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Operate manual pallet jacks to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory organization and material handling activities.
• Ensure workstations remain stocked and operational at all times.
• Follow established safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Support additional warehouse and pharmacy operations as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, distribution, or material handling environment.
• Experience operating a manual pallet jack required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating an electric pallet jack (training available).
• Experience working in a healthcare, pharmacy, or distribution environment.
• Inventory control or supply management experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and material handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

Work Environment

This position operates within a warehouse and pharmacy distribution environment where efficiency, teamwork, and attention to detail are critical. The Pharmacy Clerk plays an essential role in ensuring all workstations have the supplies necessary to maintain uninterrupted workflow and order fulfillment.
