Naval Power (NP) - Lead Program Controls Analyst - P4 - Active Secret Clearance Required - (Onsite)

Lead Program Controls Analyst We are seeking an ambitious finance professional to join the Naval Power Business Unit as a Lead Program Controls Analyst. This role will be based onsite in a classified production environment and will involve financial reporting and analysis, Estimate at Completions (EAC), Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), and ad‑hoc finance support to a program portfolio. Responsibilities Develop quarterly EACs and support accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), EAC, and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data. Oversee financials for multiple programs within a portfolio, mentoring junior analysts. Perform budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, risk management, and internal/external reporting. Assist in manpower planning, forecasting, and reporting. Conduct ad‑hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials. Provide FP&A support for programs/portfolio, including forecasting, reporting, and ad‑hoc requests. Support development of AOP and Long‑Range Planning. Qualifications – Required A university degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, OR an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years experience. Experience with APEX/SAP Managed Programs finance module and Business Warehouse (or similar system). Knowledge of FAR, CAS, and GAAP. Experience in program cost schedule and control environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Valid U.S. government issued Secret security clearance (active and transferable) required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required. Qualifications – Preferred Experience in a matrix environment and interfacing with multiple functional disciplines. Ability to drive change and influence beyond authority level. Experience organizing, preparing, and presenting briefings to management and peers. Experience interpreting and analyzing financial data. Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels of the company. Experience managing multiple DoD contracts. Experience with SAP Business Systems (APEX / EV & PRISM EV). Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work. Security Clearance A valid, active, and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
