As a well-managed and rapidly growing company, we provide a dynamic and engaging work environment.What we are looking for:We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute multi-channel digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a well-rounded marketer with hands-on experience in PPC, SEO, and content creation who can drive traffic, generate qualified leads, and improve overall brand visibility and performance.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across search, social, display, and email channels. Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) with a focus on ROI and performance. Conduct keyword research and manage full-spectrum SEO efforts (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO). Create, edit, and oversee content across multiple formats including blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content.Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform-specific dashboards.Run A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.You can get further details about the nature of this opening, and what is expected from applicants, by reading the below. Compensation for this role ranges from $85,000 – $135,000 annually, with final offer determined based on level of relevant experience, scope of responsibility, and demonstrated results. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. During the Orientation Period, the role will be fully in-office, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. After the Orientation Period, employees will transition to a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home. Additional details about schedule flexibility and other benefits will be shared during the interview process.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role Strong hands-on experience with PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) Solid understanding of SEO principles (technical, on-page, and off-page) Strong content creation skills (writing, editing, and basic content planning) Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions Excellent communication, organization, and project management skillsBenefits:Medical insurance: majority paid by Company, multiple plan optionsDental insurance: 100% paid by CompanyVision insurance: 100% paid by CompanyLife and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance: 100% paid by CompanyShort-Term Disability insurance: 100% paid by CompanyLong-Term Disability insurance: 100% paid by Company 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year during their first five years of employment, increasing to 20 days after five years and 22.5 days after ten years.
