Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Assist in food prep and kitchen cleanup as needed
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
• Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling
• Support kitchen staff in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dishwashing or utility role preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service is a plus
