Of Counsel - Labor & Employment Litigation - Remote A nationally recognized and well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney at the Of Counsel level to join its expanding practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney who wants to take on sophisticated matters in a flexible, high-performing environment with strong infrastructure and meaningful autonomy. The role involves handling a mix of single-plaintiff employment disputes and complex wage & hour class action litigation, with opportunities to lead matters from intake through resolution. Candidates must be reside in California.
